TRAINING & EDUCATION
Dr. Chen graduated with Add photo honors as a western medical doctor from Sun-Yat Sen School of Medical Sciences in Guangzhou, China. She worked as an OB-GYN physician before coming to the United States, where she received a Master's Degree in Acupuncture, as well as two coveted National Board Certifications in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine (NCCAOM). She is a licensed acupuncturist in Washington State and is also a National Board-Certified Chinese Herbalist.
Peishan supervises acupuncture students during their preceptorships at Bastyr University. She also uses her many years of acupuncture experience to consult with others about patient management issues on a national scale.
Dr. Chen sees patients on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays.

TRAINING & EDUCATION
Peiwen Wang Fannin is nationally certified by NCCAOM in both acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. She received her Master's in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Bastyr University and went on to train at Chengdu University Hospital of TCM in China, where she focused on women's health, digestion, and pain management.
Growing up in Taiwan, Peiwen was initially attracted to acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine by its effectiveness in treating sports injuries and common colds. As she began a long investigation into the mysterious medicine, she was fascinated by its depth, power, and profound healing potential for a wide range of conditions. She sees patients with conditions from headache and chronic pain and fatigue to anxiety and insomnia. Additionally, she is perusing further education in treating fertility and reproductive medicine. Her passion lies in helping patients achieve their health goals by utilizing all the modalities in Chinese Medicine and empowering them with self-care tools.

TRAINING & EDUCATION
Joel is a board-certified acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist. He received his Master’s Degree in acupuncture and Oriental medicine from Bastyr University.
As a 3rd generation acupuncturist, Joel’s experience with Chinese medicine started at a very young age. Growing up, his father would treat his ailments using acupuncture and Chinese herbs. This influenced him to pursue a career in Chinese medicine and to help others the way his father helped him.
Joel’s main focus is on internal medicine and pain management. He specializes in treating patients with both acute and chronic pain. He also has expertise in treating individuals with stress, anxiety, depression, and weight management as he believes there is a correlation between them. Joel believes in the holistic approach that medicine is about the whole individual, not just the symptoms.
