主料:百合80克,陈皮5克,鲫鱼2条(约750克),瘦肉200克。

辅料:食盐、花生油各适量,生姜3片。

此量可供3~4人用。

 

烹制方法:

  1. 百合洗净,用清水浸泡片刻。
  2. 陈皮洗净,用清水浸泡片刻,刮去瓤。
  3. 鲫鱼宰后治净,用少许食盐涂在腹腔内,腌制10分钟。
  4. 锅中注入花生油烧热,将鲫鱼用慢火煎至微黄。
  5. 猪[插图]肉洗净,不用刀切。
  6. 所有主料与生姜一起放进瓦煲内,加入清水2500毫升(约10碗水量),武火煲沸。
  7. 改为文火煲2小时,调入食盐、花生油即可。
